GM distributor Southwest ADI to move headquarters, 50 jobs to North Richland Hills

Accessory distributor Southwest ADI and Frank Kent Motor Co. will convert a former Sealy bedding plant in North Richland Hills into a corporate headquarters for the relocation of the companies’ General Motors aftermarket accessory business and the creation of a Texas training facility.

This new location will employ about 50 full-time employees and provide space to train up to 75 people from the dealers serviced by Southwest ADI, the exclusive automotive accessories distributor for GM brands in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston and the Rio Grande Valley areas. Frank Kent Motor Co., which owns Southwest ADI, bought the 125,000-square-foot facility at 6550 Wuliger Way. The 15-acre property just north of NE Loop 820 near Iron Horse Boulevard had been vacant for 18 months.
