All High Schools Serving North Richland Hills Ranked in the Top 10% in Texas

All three high schools serving the North Richland Hills community were recently rated among the best high schools in the state of Texas by U.S. News and World Report, as reported by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. Richland, Birdville, and Keller High Schools were ranked in the Top 150 schools in the state, placing them in the Top 10 percent of the over 1,700 high schools in Texas. Eight other Tarrant County high schools ranked in the Top 150, proving that our county is a leader in quality education in the state.

U.S. News and World Report works with the American Institutes for Research in Washington, D.C. to produce their rankings. Their ranking process looks at a variety of educational benchmarks, including reading and math scores statewide. Rankings also include an analysis of the percentage of students ready for college based on Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate test data.
